Welcome to BallBeatz LLC (“BallBeatz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or subscribing to any BallBeatz products, services, memberships, or digital content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership of Content (Non-Negotiable)

All music, instrumentals, sound recordings, compositions, visuals, artwork, branding, and related content (“Content”) on BallBeatz are 100% owned and controlled by BallBeatz LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

No sale of masters or publishing occurs by default.
All transactions are licenses only.

2. License Grant (What Buyers Actually Receive)

When you purchase or access Content from BallBeatz, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licensesubject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Licenses may be limited by:

  • Time (term-based)

  • Territory

  • Media type

  • Distribution scale

  • Exclusivity status

Any use outside the purchased license requires written approval.

3. AI Usage & Training Restrictions (Critical Clause)

BallBeatz Content may NOT be:

  • Used to train AI models

  • Ingested into machine-learning systems

  • Used to create derivative AI outputs

  • Uploaded to datasets for automation or replication

Unless a separate, written AI-specific license is executed.

Unauthorized AI usage constitutes material breach and copyright infringement.

4. No Derivative Works Without Approval

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Content

  • Create derivative works for resale

  • Claim authorship or ownership

  • Register Content with any rights organization as your own

Remixes, adaptations, or alterations require written consent.

5. Exclusive Licenses

Exclusive licenses:

  • Are term-limited

  • Do not transfer ownership

  • Automatically revert to BallBeatz upon expiration

  • Require additional fees and documentation

6. Credit & Attribution

Where applicable, credit must read:

“Music produced by BallBeatz”

Failure to credit does not void ownership.

7. Enforcement & Remedies

BallBeatz reserves the right to:

  • Issue takedowns (DMCA)

  • Revoke licenses

  • Seek damages

  • Enforce rights worldwide

8. No Partnership or Employment

Nothing herein creates:

  • A partnership

  • Joint venture

  • Employment relationship

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

BallBeatz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
